1. CANCELLATION
- Pre-shipping: Cancel via ‘My Orders’ or contact support.
- Post-shipping: Cancellation accepted upon return receipt.

- The item is unused, sealed, and in original packaging
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

3. RETURN PROCESS

4. REFUND TIMELINE
Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of return approval:
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method.
- COD: Bank transfer after receiving details

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
